Once reception of the signed order form, BRUSSELS EXPO will send an invoice of the total amount, increased by the VAT. This invoice is subjected to the general
terms of sale which stipulate in particular that the invoice must be paid as mentioned on this one. BRUSSELS EXPO can be held responsible neither in case
of partial or total cancellation of the show nor in case of change of configuration of the venue, nor with regard to the decisions taken by the organizer. Being
only intermediate in the reservation of the VIP tickets, BRUSSELS EXPO reserves the right, in case of necessity, to modify without notice prerequisite, capacities
planned in reservation packages. BRUSSELS EXPO reserves the right to put back on sale seats reserved in case of the failure to respect the term indicated on the invoice.
Dès réception du bon de commande signé, BRUSSELS EXPO adressera une facture du montant total, majoré de la TVA. Cette facture est soumise aux conditions générales
de vente qui stipulent notamment que la facture doit être payée à l’échéance mentionnée sur celle-ci. BRUSSELS EXPO ne peut être tenue responsable ni en cas
d’annulation partielle ou totale du spectacle ni en cas de changement de disposition de la salle, ni relativement aux décisions prises par l’organisateur. N’étant qu’intermédiaire
dans la réservation des tickets VIP, BRUSSELS EXPO se réserve le droit, en cas de nécessité, de modifier sans avertissement préalable, les dispositions prévues
dans le package réservé. BRUSSELS EXPO se réserve le droit de remettre en vente les places réservées en cas du non-respect de l’échéance indiquée sur la facture.
Bij ontvangst van de bestelbon, zal BRUSSELS EXPO een factuur versturen voor het hiervoor vermelde bedrag, vermeerderd met de BTW. Deze factuur is onderworpen
aan de algemene verkoopsvoorwaarden die onder meer bepalen dat de factuur dient te worden voldaan binnen de betalingstermijn die zij vermeldt. BRUSSELS EXPO
is niet aansprakelijk voor de gedeeltelijke of volledige annulering van het spektakel/evenement, noch voor de wijziging van de zaalindeling, die wordt bepaald door de
organisator. Paleis 12 is slechts een tussenpersoon bij de reservatie van VIP tickets. BRUSSELS EXPO behoudt zich dan ook het recht voor om indien nodig de bepalingen
voorzien in het package te wijzigen en dit zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving. BRUSSELS EXPO behoudt zich het recht de gereserveerde plaatsen terug in de verkoop
te plaatsen indien de betaling voor de vervaldatum niet gerespecteerd wordt.
